    Allen Craig has 3 home runs and 37 RBIs - this ratio seems to be an anomaly.

    Tommy Herr had 8 hrs and 110 rbis in a season

    Are there other instances like this in recent years?

    Freddie Freeman has hit two home runs in the last couple of days, but was similar before that. He's currently at 5 HR and 34 RBI despite missing two weeks (20% of the season thus far). I think it takes a good position in a good lineup, a good batting average, and good XBH. Craig has 13 2B and 2 3B. Both have the batting average and lineup position. Freeman only has 8 2B and 1 3B, so maybe my theory isn't that good, lol.

      CB - good to see you thinking - It does seem weird to me (still not as weird that FF wears long sleeves in Atlanta in August)

        Perhaps the reason is as simple as I own them both!

            Maybe flukish hr/fb ratios. I bet they both have strong SLG, but the ball isn't leaving the park.

              Terry Pendleton was 1/59 in 1986.
