How would you rank these guys as a DL stash for just this year. 7x7 with QS

I think I'd flip Luebke and Pineda on JC's list. I just dropped Luebke after reading the news of yet another set back. He had TJ surgery early enough last year that I thought he'd have a shot of pitching by the end of June. Now I think it is a long shot that he contributes in a meaningful way this year. Pineda, on the other hand, I began thinking HE wouldn't contribute in a meaningful way this year, but recent report on him are promising.
