  • Rockies lack of hitting..

    they scored 5 runs in three games against the Yankees at home...what gives???

      Bad series...they still lead MLB in team BA and are tied for second most runs scored. Plus, Fowler is returning to earth and Tulo was hurt.

        I'm just used to the Rockies providing the stats during the home stands and sucking on the road...

            Pretty much the entire series was played in cold, rainy weather. That pretty much negated the Coors altitude effect on offense.

              ^this. it was overcast or raining (humidity was high), and the balls were definitely not carrying. that doesn't explain everything - they still had a poor series at the plate, but it was certainly a factor.
