Do the Astros Even Have a Local Broadcast?

I believe, however, that in Louisiana you are in the blackout territory for the Astros and Rangers games for MLB.tv.

The Nex-Def plugin may add some delay, but in my experience it improves the viewing quality dramatically.

So, basically, I've got nothing until CSN works something out with other providers and/or the Astros. I sort of figured.
