Hamels, Gio, Josh Johnson, which to request in deal?

14T standard 5x5 roto redraft. No bench slots so whichever (currently scuffling) SP I take on must start. My hitting is killing me to date and I plan to trade Kimbrel for a struggling SP + a hitting upgrade. The owner I'm targeting has the 3 SP listed (along with Lester and Ryu who are doing well). Which of his SP do you see posting the better line from here on out?

All three are good buy-low candidates after having varying degrees of slow starts. Depending on who the hitter attached to the deal would be, I'd be fairly comfortable with any of the three, but my order would also be Hamels, Gio, JJ.
