Just your Typical 'Which Pitcher?' Thread

So it's an embarrassingly shallow 9 team mixed league and I want to pick up an extra starting pitcher. I currently have 5 and it's a Yahoo league with daily transactions so I can move them in and out of the lineup. I currently have GGonzalez, Scherzer, Zimmerman, Fister and Samardzija.

Sometimes it's harder to decide who to pick up when there are so many decent options. Here is who is available:

Guys off to good starts:
Masterson
Iwakuma
Miley
Wandy
Zito
Happ
Chacin

Most owned:
Loshe
DHolland
Parker
Hellickson
JJohnson (on waivers)
JGarcia

I suspect Johnson will clear waivers (actually Ben Revere is on waivers and I want to pick him up; though he could clear too, this league is so shallow). But who would you guys pick from this list?

Parker, Masterson, Garcia, Hellickson

I know you have to ride the hot hand in a league that shallow and Parker has been anything but. But he is the most talented pitcher on the list.
