How much would you bid? Last year the two big ones in my AL league were Fuld and Frieri around 17.

That depends on how badly you need a started. I'd probably go anywhere from $3-$6.

Also depends on the FAAB budget. I might go two on Correia as well. He's boring, but in that park, he might put up decent numbers. The other three are only valuable in a league where anyone with a job has value.

$100 budget. I could use a starter as I have Dickey/Wilson/Buehrle/Norris/Happ. I also plan to bid $1 on a MR to fill the Greene hole.

At $100, I might put $2 on Correia, he's likely to keep the rotation spot if nothing else.

In my 10-team AL, nobody was FAAB'd (but the 5 guys above were all either drafted or taken in reserve rounds (8 reserves per team). FWIW, Maurer and Peacock were drafted in auction.
