I think I need some more speed and batting average on the hitting side, perhaps 2 starters on the pitching side.

3 or 4 potential closers for 2014 are nice trade chips along with xander bogaerts of the red sox as my lone minor protect.

I think you nailed it as far as your needs go. Carrasco will be in the minors once his 6 game suspension is over, so yes, you need starting pitching badly. Power is your strength so you can trade from there (maybe Dunn if he starts hot and you can get rid of his poor avg) and maybe move one of your set up men. I like your keeper prices for Rivera, Jennings and Lawrie and cross your fingers on Anderson. If he stays healthy, you obviously should get great numbers from him. you've got a little work do with pitching and stolen bases. Good luck

Good Vaule (besides your keepers): Wallace, Swisher and Gonzalez. Probably a bit of an overpay on Seager. You are right that you need at least 2 starters, maybe 3.
