Nationals manager Davey Johnson said that Jordan Zimmermann is experiencing the familiar symptoms of "dead arm" at this point in the Spring, but that it was nothing to worry about.
His velocity has been sitting in its normal range this spring, but he's lacked command on most of his pitches.
