    10-team NL trade

    10-team NL 5x5 using AVG.

    Brandon Belt ($12, option this year which I won't take so expiring) and Ryan Ludwick ($2, option next year) for AJ Burnett ($2, option next year) and Huston Street ($12 expiring)? I have the pitchers right now. I don't love keeping pitchers in general, but I already have Goldschmidt and Craig so it's not like I really need another 1B. I also have McDonald $1, Cishek $5, Harvey $10, Teheran minors as pitching keepers.

    In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

    yeah, part of my thinking was remembering last year when there were hardly any decent 1B choices in the NL. Is that different now?

      It's a lot better now. A Gon, Goldy, Rizzo, Freeman, Craig, Laroche, Ike, Howard I guess...

      I like AJ and Street a little more than Belt/Ludwick but it's close.
