As starters these guys do more harm than good. Why not just spend the $1 on a good reliever that wont hurt you? I would think you will see a lot of pitchers in this thread.

Let's see with these 2, low K's (check), Low win Totals (check) and they pitch enough innings as starters to negatively effect your whips and era's (check)
