What if next year we leave the benches empty, input the bench rosters with bum players and let people use the waiver process to upgrade or change their bench. I honestly don't care if this draft takes until mid-March to complete but obviously the reserve rounds are such wastelands that people lose interest or have no short lists. I feel like this looks like a huge pain in the ass for Weapon1 and Piney Boy to manage. There's like 5 timeouts and the picks get all out of order. I don't know just my thoughts.

I think this is a good idea. It happens every season, the reserve rounds are a mess.

Yep, I figured if he came back before his turn again, that counts. Not sure about Hammer, I think he still may be a pick short, but I'm not positive.

I'm totally confused on Hammer's picks:

22 whatever Nate Eovaldi
24 whatever Jacob Turner

I have it as him drafting Volquez in round 22 and Tabata in 24. The original problem was that Volquez was an illegal pick because he needed an outfielder so I assume that's why he drafted Tabata so technically Tabata becomes the 22nd pick and Volquez the 24th pick. How the hell do Eovaldi and Turner become his 22nd and 24th picks? If he's ditching his original picks they are again illegal cause he needed an outfielder.

He was skipped in the 25th round so I think we should make the Eovaldi pick his 25th round and Turner is available. He's obviously jumped shipped and stopped paying attention and making this more confusing for others.
