NL dump trade options

NL only 5x5 keeper league I am dumping and have been offered choice of Temarr Johnson or Endy Rodriquez as futures Plus choice of Ryne Nelson $3 or Luis Ortiz $7 (Pirates pitcher)Opinion and reasoning please.

Johnson seems the safer bet to me, but both feel like a roll of the dice to some degree. Can you pursue a non-PIT option?

I ended up trading a final year Bednar for Temarr Johnson. Seems like a reasonably decent upside play and I had room on my minor league roster.
