From RW:
Major League Baseball owners voted 30-0 on Monday to ratify the first-ever Collective Bargaining Agreement for minor league players.
The agreement, which runs for the next five years, more than doubles minor league player's salaries and includes additional benefits. It's a significant step forward for the game after decades of neglecting the well-being of minor league players, who were not members of the Players Union, until they voted to unionize last September.
