2013 LAD Closer?

The moneybags LA Dodgers signed Brandon League to a 3-year deal, and Ned Colletti says League will be the closer (to start) and not Kenley Jansen. Is that just talk or is that really the deal? It makes very little sense to me, as I though Jansen was one of the top closers out there. Any thoughts or insights?

How often do you hear of elite athletes performing well over long periods of time with serious heart problems? Jansen has the arm to be an elite closer, but sadly, he doesn't have the heart.

Fantasy-wise, don't break the bank on either, because Jansen WILL get high-leverage innings, probably more than a few save opps, and if you have either cheap, then you gotta ride them, but I don't expect Jansen to ever log 30 saves in a season.
