NL-only 9-team 5x5 help

9-teams; 23 man roster size; 9 pitchers; Keeper league. $260 budget. My team has good balance. I have decent chance of winning in 2013 and then I'll probably have to rebuild in 2014.

Would you keep:
1 year of Kershaw @ $25 OR
3 years of Wainwright @ $15 (each year)

I'm leaning toward Wainwright.

I'd keep Kershaw in a league that shallow.

If you think you can win this year and know you are rebuilding the next, I agree with the others and keep Kershaw.

Against my better judgement (cause I trust the majority here more) I'm sticking with Kershaw. Thanks for the replies!
