which ones should fill those DL spots? or should more be dumped? or is one of those spots better occupied with Chris Carpenter?

If you have to drop one, I'd probably dump Garcia. His injury looks the most serious, and it wouldn't surprise me if he was out for most or all of the season. Paulino should be back fairly soon, and has pitched very well when healthy. Norris has a lot of upside, and should be back from his knee injury by the beginning of July.

Drop Garcia. I'd hold Norris and hope Chris Carpenter is still there once you activate Norris.
