Yeah, Street has been excellent but is fragile and might be traded either to AL or to a setup role on a pennant contender next month. Cashner headed to the starting rotation, and a rusty Thayer has been poor of late.
NL-only overall-season significance, but might be a stretch in mixed leagues for now even for reserves, depending on league depth.
Keep in mind that the Padres haven't gotten to the 9th with a SV situation since May 19 anyway, so....finished 10th in this 37th yr in 11-team-only NL 5x5
