Dunn $22 2014, A-Rod $27 2014 and Brantley $11 2014 or Rios $18 2014

I need some punch with Longoria coming back hopefully in a few weeks.

Wieters,Jaso,Hosmer,Pedroia,Y.Escobar,Weeks,Konerk o,Choo,Zobrist,Dirks,Gentry,Viciedo,Granderson (Reimold/Longoria DL)

Ok, so he sends another email saying he wants to do just Dunn and A-rod for Hosmer, Viciedo and Reimold.

Dunn and A-rod would be a big plus in the obp cat, but is there enough difference in total production for the prices and years. A-Rod and Dunn could be keepers for next year at their prices, at least Dunn in an obp league.

I'd do it. Your $10 guys represent some profit next year but aren't huge values. You get two studs for 4 months and if your offense continues to mash you can make a trade.

I've got teams catching up in hrs and rbi's, so my grip on first may start slipping. I like the trade, but i could also keep those guys the other wants and go after Mark Reynolds. He would cost me a top prospect or a good, cheap starting pitcher, but it would be the cheaper way to go and keep Hosmer and Viciedo.

Other options:
Mark Reynolds would cost top prospect or pitcher
Cespedes may cost Dirks and prospect or pick
Bj Upton would probably cost Viciedo, Dirks or Reimold and Machado or pick

Reynolds will really hurt your AVG. I'd avoid him. I don't think Cespedes will help you enough.
