Thank you to those that responded to my last one.

I am the owner of Trout and Youk.

I had issues with the value of Youk.

I was trying get Hamilton using Desmond Jennings as bait. He got traded to another team who really wants Trout. But not bad enough to be stupid about it.

I have Kubel at $21- who is a border line keeper in our league. So would you package Trout with him to get $22 Hamilton? Or is Trout going to be just that good.


He probably will say no and counter with a $23 Wells with Trout for Hamilton. I think that is too much.

That seems better. You might recall the thread 2K11 thread that speculated he may only get 400ish ABs and he came off a bad season. I guess the question is would you rather keep Trout (who could have some value this year) or trade him at the deadline if you are in contention. Can you get a better haul with Trout then?

I wouldn't keep Kubel at $21. And while I love Trout, I think a $22 Wonderboy is too good to pass up. Take the sure thing now even if you might regret it for 5 years.

Yeah, like a 4 years ago when in my NL only I traded Hayward, Kemp, Votto to make a run only to finish 2nd.
