        For a site as well known as BP is, I'm extremely surprised that their quality control is not better. Rizzo is still listed with the Padres...Hoover still with the Braves. Good resource though.

          BP posted Top 20 prospect lists for each organization during the winter. The prospect tracker just shows the stats for the players in those rankings, even if they have been traded to another organization. This is true for previous years too - if you click on the Diamondbacks list for 2009, it lists Jarrod Parker as #1, even though he's now with the A's. Doing it this way makes it easier to see the overall strength of a Minor League system for each year.
