The highly anticipated callup of Cubs top prospect Anthony Rizzo won’t happen in the next few days, and not in Arizona, Cubs manager Dale Sveum said before Friday’s game against the Diamondbacks at Chase Field. Asked if Rizzo, a first baseman, could be in pinstripes during the next homestand, which starts Monday, Sveum remained non-committal. “I don’t know if there’s a date on it,” Sveum said. “It’s obvious he’s coming soon but we don’t have a date yet.”
