    last-minute keeper question -- NL 1b

    11-team NL-only 5x5 using OBP, one catcher, 10 pitchers.

    These starting first basemen are available:

    Cuddyer
    Carlos Lee
    Loney
    LaRoche
    G. Jones
    Howard
    Belt

    and there are three other teams that don't have a 1B kept. Given that, should I keep an $8 Helton? What about a $2 Jesus Guzman?

    my other keepers: Wilson Ramos $1, Neil Walker $10, Drew Stubbs $15, Chris Young $20, Ian Stewart $12 (stupid locked-in contract), Josh Collmenter $1, Vance Worley $3

    I'd keep Helton at that price in a OBP league. As you know, I'm keeping him at that price in our 10 tm league

        Guzman is a butcher in the field and smells like a pinch-hitter this year

        but Helton is ok for that price

        fyi, I think the price you could get the top 4 at also should be palatable
