I effing knew it...
Drew Storen (elbow) will visit Dr. James Andrews after feeling tenderness in his elbow during a simulated game Sunday.
Uh-oh. While there's a chance Storen could require surgery, the Nationals seem to fear a bone chip, not the possibility of ligament damage. Either way, he doesn't figure to be back anytime soon. Brad Lidge and Henry Rodriguez will continue to handle save chances and should be owned wherever available. Apr 9 - 5:11 PM

Had surgery today for bone chips-Out until July-ish.
Rotoworld:
The procedure was designed to remove bone fragments from Storen's throwing elbow and was deemed an initial success. It's not exactly clear how long the 24-year-old closer will be out, but the Nationals are optimistic that he'll be back sometime before the All-Star break.

Does Storen get the job back in July? HRod has been very good, will they really make one of those guys the 7th inning man or go to a bullpen by committee or something else?In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.
