i think you could consider cutting santana, provided you do the shields trade. shields/CJ/holland is a formidable core to a rotation. the added $18 offers quite a bit of flexibility toward another big arm/stick, as needed, in the draft. as it is, i dont think santana provides great value at $18.

Eveyone wants pitching in our league because of the weak draft. Santana will go for that and a little more. Someone offered Granderson for him but Grandy is $30 and not much of a value. Probably the same or a little more than Santana. I might be able to package Santana and another peice or 2 to get a $20 Longoria.
