Cleveland is close to signing Millwood per RotoWorld:
The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Paul Hoynes reports that the Indians are making progress on a deal with free agent Kevin Millwood.
Hoynes reports that if it's a major league contract, it first needs to be approved by CEO Paul Dolan. The Indians have had interest in Millwood for a while but had balked at his asking price, so perhaps he's lowered his demands. Millwood, who led the AL in ERA back in 2005 while with the Tribe, went 4-16 with a 5.10 ERA and 1.51 WHIP over 31 starts last season. His arrival in Cleveland might mean the Indians are out of the running for Jeremy Bonderman.
Also, I wonder if the Yanks take a stab at Bonderman.
