Vernon Wells to the DL, Mike Trout coming back up

Looks like Wells won't go to the DL after all (a part of me wonders whether he told them he wouldn't go for a phantom injury).

Angels manager Mike Scioscia said the recently recalled Mike Trout will not play every day.
That's no surprise, given that Vernon Wells isn't going to the disabled list as previously suspected. "If he's out there three days a week, that'll be great," Scioscia said. "Coming off the bench will give us a dimension there." With limited playing time and limited success in his first go-round earlier this season, Trout isn't playable in fantasy right now.

That sucks pretty hard for Trout owners. Play him or ship him to Triple-A. Don't just have him up to sparingly get at bats and watch from the bench as Vernon Wells flails away.
