Collusion, stupidity, neither?

In our league, the owner that (presumably) did not seek better value from other owners would probably not be in the best spot to get the best deals the following seasons. Better deals, sure. But the unwritten rule is, offer your wares around and seek the best deal.

Our dumpers invariably seek out the best targets from multiple contenders, and only "double dump" to an owner if the other contenders offered less, in their minds.
