What Player Ranked 150+ Do You Think Could Bring 1st Rd Value?

I saw this question posed on Twitter by a BBHQ writer yesterday, and found it interesting. He said every year over the last 8 years, at least 1 player drafted 150th+ has returned Top 15 value.

I won't reveal who the consensus said was the "most likely player" yet. What players do you think could fit this bill?

Avisail Garcia is perennially underrated, but you think he can bring 1st rd value? That would mean 30+ HRs and 15+ SBs, or ~40ish HRs and 10 SBs.

I picked both Garcias because I think they can go 30-15, if all goes right. For top 15 you need guys who will deliver in HR and SB in my opinion.

Avi might run more with miami than he has in the past...marlins seem to encourage it.

That would take a massive year for a catcher. Perez didn't even return Top 15 value last year.
