    Just lost the perfect game on a fielding error.

    7 IP, 0 H, 0 BB, 8 K, only thrown 73 pitches to this point.

    How many players have thrown 2 no-hitters in the same season?

    I was following that on CBS game tracker when it was a perfect game and then switch over to the game, first pitch I see? The error by Hughes. I decided to stop watching cause he'd probably give up a hit if I continued to watch.
    I'm unconsoled I'm lonely, I am so much better than I used to be.

      Good call by the official scorer. Hughes should have made the play, but he backhanded it.

      Announcers also made the comment that official scorers are told to make sure the first hit is a solid hit. This one was definitely not.
