I'd go with Fraley - he'll get PT against RHPs, has good speed (about a SB every 20 PAs) and some power. His BA isn't much, but he does take a high percentage of walks this year.
Only reason I'd change my mind was if I needed lightning in a bottle. Then I'd put in JUp and hope for one of his hot streaks.

I feel like no matter what I do it will be the wrong choice. Since he is day to day I'll keep Springer in the line-up but I agree with you on Fraley.
