I was just offered Adrian Gonzolazez for Mariano Rivera, J Smoak, and J. Pierre...It's a 13-team,5x5 mixed keeper league. We start 3 closers. I would be left with Farnsworth, Storen, and Santos? Di I jump all over this trade or am I cautious with Santos struggling and no certainty witht he others? Thanks in advance...

I think you need to jump on it. Trading for a closer is an easier problem to solve than trying to acquire one of the best hitters in the game.

you are giving up speed and saves which are the easiest spots to lose and gain points. If you can hold steady there, make the deal. Agree with everyone else. Surely there's a speculative closer on the WW you could pick up. Guys like Gonzo don't grow on trees. Ozzie seems loyal to Santos and I really like Storen and Farnsy. (Gah... did I just say that?)
Now, I love Smoak and that's a big 2nd piece to give up, but sometimes you have to pay a high price for studs.Comment
