Didn't think I would be in any leagues this year but I got invited to two leagues by a friend so I'm way behind. Rules in both leagues are the same. It 5x5 10 teams AL only no contracts but if you keep a player it is a $5 raise. Auction is followed by a 17 reserve draft which can include minors leaguers, players not drafted or foreign players. RD 1 $15, RD 2-6 $10, RD 7-12 $5 RD 13-17 $2. You can keep between 5 min up to 10 max. League appears to draft players at value or very little inflation plus I was informed that most teams are likely not to keep 10 players. They did not play last year so the prices are from 2019. Without further ado here the keeper list.
1B Abreu $19 - $24 keeper
3B Urshela $5 - $10 keeper
2B/SS Fletcher $10 - $15 undecided. Gives good average and scores runs. Not many HR, RBI or SB.
OF Brantley $27 - $32 likely not probably will go cheaper if thrown back
OF Canha $10 - $15 keeper
OF Rosario $18 - $23 undecided
OF Springer $29 - $34 undecided he hurt but that an awesome lineup he would hit in.
DH Soler $10 - $15 keeper
P Bieber $16 - $13 keeper there is a rule if your team finishes 3-7 you are awarded $ which you can use for 1 player. This finished 3rd and can take $8 off after the $5 raise hence the $13 salary.
P Rodriguez Bos $10 - $15 undecided
OF Brandon Marsh $2 keeper. He gets no raise because he is a minor leaguer.
So I have 6 keepers would you add to this list or not? Also the draft date is very late but next year should be right after opening day. Thanks in advance.
