Giolito with one walk through eight, only 89 pitches so far and 12 strikeouts.
In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

Giolito is why guys continue to chase pedigree every year. I had him in my minors. Believed 100%, holding him while I traded most others. Waited and waited and he gave me nada. But he finally figured it out at the beginning of last year.

I had both Glasnow and Gio and gave up both after a couple of years of nada
If I whisper my wicked marching orders into the ether with no regard to where or how they may bear fruit, I am blameless should a broken spirit carry those orders out upon the innocent, for it was not my hand that took the action merely my lips which let slip their darkest wish. ~Daniel Devereaux 2011

Me too! I have come to learn I am too impatient to hold young arms, so now I just embrace that and trade them all at peak value. I traded Pearson last year for Charlie Morton down the stretch run. He is another one who likely will figure it out eventually, but I won't feel bad as I know I'd have been too impatient to wait for it and have gotten less in trade this year.
