With such a shallow minor league format, 64 prospect keeper slots in a mixed league, i would focus on ETA as a higher priority. I would look for guys that either have a shot to jump into top 20 overall in a couple of years, or guys likely to graduate within 1-2 years.

      1 - V. Brujan
      2 - N. Jones
      3 - J. Sanchez
      4 - T. Larnach
      5 - D. Lynch
      5b - R. Puasson/Bleday/Groshans/Marsh

If you go heavy in near term ETA guys for the first 4 slots, you could diversify a bit with a slightly further out guy with possible helium to climb lists for your final slot.
