14-team dynasty league. Weird points scoring that values pitchers significantly higher and penalizes for batter strikeouts - a couple sample oddities:
    2019 Kevin Pillar: 443
    2019 Yoan Moncada: 427.5

    2019 Mike Trout: 604
    2019 Patrick Corbin: 603.5

Stephen Strasburg is worth as much as the highest rated hitter, and Cole and Verlander are 160 points ahead of him.

    Also an odd lineup structure - 1 C, 1 1B, 1 2B, 1 SS, 1 3B, 3 OF, 1 INF, 1 UT, 8 P. So outfielders are a little devalued in general.

    So:

Franmil Reyes, Max Muncy, Chris Sale for Pete Alonso and Brandon Lowe?
In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

Give me side A. If Sale is healthy, he is probably the best player in the deal in your format. Add Muncy's position eligibility and who knows how Alonso does in year 2...look at Hoskins. Could Reyes put up similar numbers to Alonso?

Yeah, what fuhrdog said. I am in a pts league too. Not as extreme as yours in devaluing sluggers--we don't penalize for ks--but nonethless, in such a set up, you have to look at total points, and this is a total points clear winner for you. I like Reyes. Muncy less so, and Sale is a risk. And I like Brandon Lowe, but agree Alonso is likely to regress. I think you have to do it, despite all this. As long as Sale pitches 150+ innings at an elite level, this is a clear win for you.
