What are the Royals intentions, insofar as we can tell?

Is he going to be the set up guy to Crow?
Does he have any chance at being da Man?
Is he going to take a trip to Omaha to stretch out, like Jeffress?

Collins has one of the oddest footwork I've seen in a delivery. His left foot, the base foot of his delivery, is pointed out towards right-center field. It's also odd that as a reliever he pitches from the windup. But really the footwork is what strikes me as really odd. What's up with that?
