Is Frasor worth rostering? He's strictly MR with Toronto's deep 'pen.

I'm not in your league so I have no idea what this means but I would not drop any of the SPs you mentioned over Frasor. Just curious, what would Shields have to do to be considered a stud? If you are that gung-ho about dropping one of them, how can you not find a willing partner for Shields or Scherzer? Doesn't make any sense.

I agree with everyone else, I'd drop Frasor... you can manage the innings cap by avoiding tough matchups.

I have never been a Santana guy. He has a good FIP/xFIP this year. K9 up, BB9 down, GB% up a tiny bit. I personally wouldn't pay more than a high-end MR for him. But maybe you can get more.
