This appears to be an attempt to stretch him out as a SP. Given the Rangers success with Ogando and Wilson, this makes some sense, but the royals also have a list of young SP. What are his chances?

His chances, IMO are only limited by how hard he's willing to work and injuries. He has a great arm, arguably the best in the Royals system with Lamb getting hurt.I'm just here for the baseball.
