Three straight games for Acuna with a leadoff home run... I guess Urena wanted to send a message that he wouldn't get a fourth off him (according to ESPN it's only the third time since 1900 that someone has done that)

because his only PA was a HBP, Acuna will get a chance at a 4th in a row, per baseball rules

He shouldn't get another a chance to end somebody's season. What if he gets a shot at a pitcher who is not accustomed to batting like Luis Severino (5 PA this year)?

As a player I would go old school. I would steal second on the first pitch and spike the SS. Two wrongs do not make a right but If I pay so do they. If the SS gets spiked enough he will reel Urena in.
