  • Greg Bird???

    Yankee fans..anyone.

Has his extreme suckitude been because of not having any ST or Minor league rehab after the injury?

I have always read that the dude has a "sweeeeet" swing and should be a solid player.

His numbers look strikingly similar to last year. Which is to say, pathetic.

At some point he is what he is... it is looking more like 2015 was an aberration

Yep. his stats now are more or less in line with his career numbers. It's his spring training and AAA exploits that make him look better than he may be. If you think he's that guy, now's the time to buy in.

Greg Bird doin' what Greg Bird do. Just when you come to terms with the fact that he he just sucks, he smacks a couple of homers to try to lure you back. It's like the crazy girl you want to leave. Just as you are about to leave that bad relationship, she decides to blow your....mind.

GM Cashman has always been a huge Bird fan, in that way where we all put too long a leash on a guy we bragged about.

it doesn't mean he'll be a star. but it means he'll get every chance, and that is relevant to the equation.

                classic
After former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese sprained his ankle and said he was tripped on the stairs of his home by his golden retriever, Bella: “The dog stood up on his hind legs and gave him a push? You might want to get rid of that dog, or put him in the circus, one of the two.”
