12-Team AL-only 4X4 Keeper League (max 9 keepers per year)
Hitting - HR's, RBI's, AVERAGE, STEALS
Pitching - WINS, ERA, WHIP, SAVES
My keepers are in bold.
Our league always inflates hitting at the auction. My strategy this year was to spend 73% ($190) on hitting and 27% ($70) on pitching.
I ended up spending 79% ($206) on hitting and 21% ($54) on pitching.
The only pitchers I was targeting and was able to get were Junis ($1) and Middleton ($5). There were many other pitchers I wanted but could not afford to stay on budget. Both my closers (Osuna and Giles) have expiring contracts this year. I will look to trade one of them for starting pitching or possibly a hitter since I also have K. Middleton.
All opinions on how I did and how I can improve are welcome (good or bad)?
