12 team NL-only trade offer--which side?

Good discussion! This is what I need to hear, as well as anyone else in a similar situation.
I have gotten some real off-the-wall trades proposed regarding my SS's. So far, this is the best one out there and I was able to obtain a better reserve pick, too. If nothing else comes in in the next few days, I think I will make the deal. Sometimes broad discussion shapes my thinking.

Figured I’d bump this as Story currently leads the NL in RBIs (14 HRs, 39 Runs, 47 RBIs, 8 SBs) and Altherr is a backup hitting a buck 88 (6 HRs, 19 Runs, 29 RBIs, 1 SB). Both Altherr and Nick Williams have been major disappointments. In an NL only league, this deal was devastating.
