I once stood on the 1st tee at the fabled Baltusrol Golf Club - site of many US Opens and PGA Championships over the years - on Media Day and proclaimed, "I haven't played a round of golf yet this year, nor even been to a driving range. I am either very brave, or very stupid."

buddy if mine doesn't skip a beat, says, "you aren't very brave."


(I kind of got the last laugh. I think I shot a 104, and a couple of mid-80s guys in the group got exposed and shot close to my number. I abandoned any hope of pars, unlike them, and that paid off. We now resume your regularly scheduled programming.)

Thank for the replies. Gave me a couple of other views in looking at this team. Bottom line will need to have a good draft with players to trade for later and need to build up a good farm system.
