Possible trade offer. I've currently got Desmond just picking him up two weeks ago. Currently about 3rd in SB out of 10 but in the bottom three in all other batting categories. Do you think trading for Castro is a better option for me?

yes. Castro offers everything Desmond does plus 60 points of average. After former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese sprained his ankle and said he was tripped on the stairs of his home by his golden retriever, Bella: “The dog stood up on his hind legs and gave him a push? You might want to get rid of that dog, or put him in the circus, one of the two.”

this might be the minority opinion, but I think I'd take Desmond for the remainder of this year.
Yes, Castro will probably beat Desmond by 60 points in BA, but I think Desmond beats him significantly in SBs; solidly in HRs; and they'll be similar in Runs + RBIs.
I do believe Castro is far more talented, but talent doesn't have a whole lot to do with fantasy stats.

Thanks for the opinions. I agree that Castro's upside as a baseball player is much greater but in terms of fantasy stats he offers no speed and I think he will have more power but it hasn't shown up yet this year so I think I'm leaning toward keeping Desmond because I can't afford to drop in the SB category. I'll be looking to improve at other positions.
