who to drop?

In my constant search for pitching, Zach Wheeler @ $5 just got dropped. I'm 3rd on the waiver order. Is he worth picking up? And if he is, who would you drop - Lonnie Chisenhall @ 5, Hunter Renfroe @ $10, or Matt Harvey @ $13 but +$6 if he's kept next year.

What happens to your waiver wire position if you take him? I am guessing you go to the end of the line?

I am not a Wheeler fan. I might hold off for something better.
