Hicks, once a highly rated prospect who drew walks and stole bases, has finally broken through in his age 27 season. At approximately the one third point in the season, Hicks has 8 home runs, 7 stolen bases, 30 rbi, 29 runs and the biggie, more walks than strike outs (28-27).
I think the break though is real. And with the Yankee's loaded in the outfield with big contracts, established players and young players on the rise (ellsbury, gardner, judge, frazier, fowler), Aaron is providing enough stats to insure he gets regular at bats...
