25 man $325 Roster Salary

$100 Trade Cap (You cannot trade for more than $100 in value from what you give up - example you deal Pujols $60 and get Overbay $15 you are +45 in trade cap meaning you have +55 left)

5x5 with 3 non-standard stats (k/bb ratio h/ip ratio and (2bx2+3bx3+BB) = our special hitting catg)

Contracts due 2 year after the year player is drafted (traditional, but farm players are only $7)

Should I do the following to go for it:

Norris $3 - Pelfrey $1 or Vazquez $17 or Marquis $10/Minor $15 (tied together)

M Diaz $5 - ATorres $10

Barney $10/ Ankiel $9 - Uggla $31

I have my choice of Pitcher and Norris & Torres, if kept, would either need to be signed or let play out current contacts.

Are these 3 separate trades? If so, I wouldn't do the Norris one but would do the other two. Norris is outperforming all three of the guys being offered in return and has more upside as well.

It's one trade Norris the cheap keeper for Uggla, Torres & one of those 3 pitchers.

Hmmm...it's more complex than that, IMO. Barney's putting up respectable numbers at 2B and seems to have pretty much won the job. If you can give up Ankiel instead of Barney, then I'd do the deal.

But do you think Torres is any good? Will Uggla bounce back? Is Norris too good a keeper to deal at $3?

Who would Torres and Uggla replace on your roster? Is Torres replacing Diaz? How are you in K's? I haven't run the numbers, but I'd guess Torres was highly valued last year in your strange hitting category.
