AL 5x5 - Reasonable Offer?

My AL only 5x5 team started slow but has come on strong. Am thinking of making a trade offer and would like some input on whether it's reasonable.

Give:
Rougned Odor 28 (final year)
Jason Kipnis 22 (year 1)
Edwin Diaz 10 (year 2)
And any of Mike Fiers 2, Erasmo Ramirez 10, Luke Gregerson 1

Get:
Jean Segura 38
Bud Norris 10
Cody Allen 24
Either Ben Gamel 10 or Marwin Gonzalez 2

Goal would be to add saves and speed. He gets a keeper candidate in Diaz, plus bats in Kipnis and Odor.

1) Is it reasonable?
2) Is it worth it?

I don't think it helps you enough. You gain steals with Segura but Diaz could put up better numbers than Allen, and Norris could turn back into a pumpkin at any time, or be displaced by Bedrosian.

It feels like a knee-jerk reaction to Diaz's demotion, which may not last long.

What about Segura vs Odor? How much do you think I need to sweeten the pot beyond 1-for-1 (Odor plus something to get Segura?)? Like Segura and am not fully sold on Odor at this point.

Try Odor and one of the 3 pitchers for Segura.
