Let's see... where to begin?
-Went to the Pirates in 2013 where Ray Searage fixed him (16-8, 3.02)
-Kind of blah in 2014 (7-10, 3.38, 1.30 WHIP and 4.5 BB/9)
-Somewhat better in 2015 (12-7, 3.38 again but a 1.21 WHIP with only 3.4 BB/9)
-So bad to start 2016 (6-11, 5.46, 5.5 BB/9) that the Pirates paid the Blue Jays 2 pretty good prospects in 2016 to get rid of him
-Reunited with Russell Martin, was really good for the Jays down the stretch, and posted a 2.92 ERA and 1.18 WHIP in 49.1 innings (2.9 BB/9)
In 14.1 innings in spring training he has struck out TWENTY-FIVE hitters, and only walked 4.
Skydome and the AL East scares me to death, and the fact that he could easily go back to walking 4 or 5 guys per 9 doesn't help, but a lot of smart people are hyping him this year.
